The Real Estate Market in New York has been especially challenging post Covid, and our previous Real Estate Agents were
unable to realize a sale - which was particularly annoying as we were quite clear about our price expectation and the previous Agents said "Yes - No Problem" and as soon as we signed the contract then came back to say that we had to lower the price.
And to a price which was considerably lower that what we had paid for the Apartment.
This was not at all the case with Thomas - he spent the time to know exactly what we wanted - and we reached a sale price agreeable to all. The collateral and his marketing of the apartment were outstanding. Thomas,distinguished himself as a highly effective communicator, and demonstrated the ability to connect with prospective buyers.
